About Kelly Tatiana García

I consider myself the right person for this position as I am very eager to put into practice all the knowledge I have learned. I am a responsible person, energetic, eager to learn and improve every day in what I do and most of all I am passionate about and dedicated to teaching children. I think that a good teaching in important values will lead children to grow into influential and integrated adults who could make a difference to our world in the future. Since I have memory I have been involved in childcare and teaching private lessons for about nine years from what I believe I have the patience, love and dedication required to be an effective teacher. have enhanced my skills and passion for primary education by gaining as much work experience as possible. As a teacher, I have worked mostly with children preparing activities and lessons and supporting the teacher to implement them which has developed my excellent organizational and communication are essential skills for educating children. By fostering good relationships with staff, pupils and parents it is possible to provide a holistic educational experience that compliments the child’s extra-curricular life as much as possible. I have also found that a shorter work placement at the Spanish Ministry of Education has allowed me to gain experience of the challenges and rewards of teaching Spanish. As well as hands-on experience of planning and prepare appropriately the assigned courses and lectures lessons. I also used this role to gain experience of promoting students’ intrinsic motivation by providing meaningful and progressively challenging learning experiences which include, but are not limited to: self-exploration, questioning, making choices, setting goals, planning and organizing, implementing, self-evaluating and demonstrating initiative in tasks and projects.
