I’m Julian from Wake Up Fitness and for over a decade we have been providing a spectrum of health, wellness, and fitness solutions all over London. We don't believe in quick fixes or "one-size-fits-all" solutions but tailor bespoke programmes unique to each individual each client. As trainers, we’ve all experienced our own struggles with staying fit but achieving our goals has increased our passion and enthusiasm to push others to do the same. Our business was founded on the belief that excellence and achievement don’t happen by accident, but through the rigorous application and intelligent process of planning, teaching and training. We won’t let setbacks get in your way and will vary our workouts so you will never be bored but enjoy each session. We believe that good nutrition can have a great impact on your fitness goals; ensuring your nutrition is sound will account for roughly 80% of your results. Thus, we place a major emphasis to ensure your diet is on point from the first day. Our nutritional programmes are designed in consultation with sports and clinical dieticians taking into account your lifestyle and preferences, and are included with our one-on-one training sessions and online training plans. Based on your budget and convenience, we offer one-to-one training at our studios in Moorgate and Kensington, as well as at your home or online one-to-one training. Julian has been a great personal trainer, helping me to begin my journey into weight training. He really listened to my needs and hopes and tailored each class to help me get to better strength without feeling like I was pushing my body too hard. I have learnt a lot of new exercises that I can keep working through outside of classes, inside and outside the gym space. Sessions with Julian have been the right balance between informative, challenging and fun – helping to ignite my enthusiasm for working out more regularly after having a few months out of my usual rhythm of exercising. Julian is the best trainer I've seen so far. He's very friendly, identifies the points of improvement after a detailed discussion on what my goal was and devised an ideal plan to achieve the same. He's quite motivating during the sessions and the sessions themselves are fun, where I didn't even get the feel that I've worked out a lot. Julian helped me achieve my goals in a very short span of time, wherein I reduced ~7-8 kgs in 6 weeks, whilst achieving my most fit state ever (reducing just the fat, not muscle). Julian has also helped me great deal to zero-in on an ideal Vegetarian diet to accomplish the above, which eventually changed my lifestyle for the better. Even after the sessions, he's very open to discussions and is proactive in dealing with the goals. His overall plan still continues to result in the intended benefits, after our training package got over.

I started training with Julian in Jan 2019. I find him very professional and I’m always impressed by his responsiveness and punctuality. His work quality is extremely high and my friends started noticing my physical appearance changes after 6 weeks or so. :) He is always full of positive energy and is fun to work out with. Our 1h session often feels like 10min (except when we do legs...)! I highly recommend him!!

I am about to start my 3rd month of training with Julian. Julian took the time to properly analyse my needs and then devised a programme around those needs and not just what I thought that I wanted. I didn't really fully appreciate the full range of services that a good personal trainer can offer. My personal training sessions, are taken at a time and venue that suits me. Each session is an hour long, including warm-up and stretch. I have started to see change in my health with the help of Julian. over the past 3 weeks i have lost 9kg which im extramarital proud of and gives me motivation to keep training. Julian is a bubbly person easy to talk to and can relate to a lot of the stuff you may ask him.

For someone naturally lazy when it comes to fitness, and who had an appalling diet to match, Julian turned that right around. Not only did he do tailored training plans to meet my weight loss goals but he went that extra mile by designing a fully bespoke training and nutritional package for me to follow on non training days. As a person he's a real people person and can motivate the laziest of us to reach our goals
