Julia is a fantastic coach. She helped me take the step up in responsibility at work that I'd been trying to make for a long time, and our sessions helped me realise things in my home life I needed to address. She asks for insightful questions, is a fantastic sounding board and she champions her coachees and helps build confidence. Julia totally engages, she gives you space to work through and overcome challenges, but totally gets it! She tunes in to the blocks and helps you to overcome them. At the time I worked with her I was exploring different career options, but she made me see your inner voice whispers and you just need to listen.
