A great workout with Josh which he catered to my ability, but still pushed me to work hard. As a 57 year old newcomer it showed me it's never too late. Left me feeling motivated and inspired. I highly recommend Josh as a coach/personal trainer.

Josh is the best trainer I have used for a number of key reasons Motivation he never gives up on you and inspires you to achieve your goals Quality he is through each session is trageted and fun I went from 105kg to 85kg in four months I have ran a marathon and taken up Sqaush. Thanks Josh

I am 57 years of age and have played rugby and cricket from a young age. In March 2017 I had a hip replacement via NHS. I was given strengthening exercises prior to my operation and I was back in the gym after 5 weeks. I am going to Singapore and Malaysia on holiday in summer and want to lose some weight and tone up my body. I asked Josh if he would put me through a HIIT session to show me how I can up the intensity in the gym and reach my goals. Josh was aware of my recent surgery so tailored my session accordingly concentrating on doing the exercises correctly before introducing weight. I could feel the benefit after one 30 minute session and am looking to our next session when I come up to London. There are many good Personal Trainers available but if you want one of the best in London then Josh is your man and excellent value for money.

Amazing trainer, always on time and brings high energy. I have had injuries to my hips due to lifting weights incorrectly before he gave me advice on how to improve the strength through my hips and core and I have seen such a difference. He pushes me to my limits but knows when I've had enough. His knowledge from his professional rugby background shows in his work you won't find a trainer with the same type of knowledge as josh has. I started with Josh a size 16 and now down to a size 10 with a much healthier and happier outlook on life. fitness and nutrition is now huge to me and this is all thanks to Josh and his knowledge
