I offer personalised sessions that will help you move better, look great while improving your overall wellbeing, mentally and physically. As an ex-professional dancer turned fitness professional & Pilates instructor, I know how fundamental functional movements patterns are to help you achieve optimal body functions and to ease your daily movements. I train fitness professionals, competitive athletes, and parents working from home and online clients around the U.K. I realise that most of us now are ‘weekday desk warriors’ and so our physical movements have decreased taking a toll on our posture. This restriction is reflected in our limited and strained movements and eventually has a negative impact on our health. Nothing gives me a sense of accomplishment more than clients with their progress, toned bodies and vastly improved fitness levels. Each session will be dictated by how YOU feel – yet I will push you out of your comfort zone and really challenge your body to reap the best benefits! I’m patient, understanding, and great at building a rapport so I’ll motivate you every step of the way, even when the going seems tough! A brief overview of what I offer is below:- Pilates Training: Learn to move safely and effectively, in all planes of motion to help lengthen, tone, sculpt and strengthen your body. I use a combination of the various approaches available to suit your unique goals and needs: • Dynamic and Active • Stretch and Lengthening • Postural Focused • Strength and Stability • Bespoke sessions, tailored to your needs Functional Weight Training: This helps to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance whilst strengthening and toning your physique. Strength and Conditioning: This training involves weight training and sport specific training. Low Impact Training: Here, we use bodyweight and resistance bands to improve posture, muscular tone and raise your heart rate, without adding stress or impacts joints. With over 5 years of helping scores of clients gain strength, become limber and attain sleek physiques, I’m confident of enabling you to achieve your fitness goals for long-lasting results and a favourable outcome. My rates are reasonable and I offer discounts on larger packages. Let’s chat about your needs and aims and I look forward to guiding towards optimum health!

Great programme, exercises were easy to follow and thoses I couldn’t remember how to do, videos were provided. I wasn’t as strict with the diet but still lost Ibs and inches. Variations in exercises where great, could do some at home aswell as the gym.

Jen is a brilliant Pilates instructor. Her knowledge of Pilates means you really get the most out of your workout. Jen is so welcoming that I never felt intimidated when I first started and had no idea what I was doing. Her tailoring of each session means that it doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner or have been going for a while because there’s always levels of progression to make sure you’re constantly improving. Jen’s enthusiasm and positivity made every class fun while simultaneously pushing you to achieve more in your fitness.

Jen is a perfectionist. Her attention to detail when it comes to instruction is second to none. I had never done Pilates before I started with Jen and I am very grateful for her input. She ensures her clients gain maximum benefit from each move through clear demonstration and constant encouragement. The physical improvements I gained through these sessions enhanced my recovery from a hip replacement operation earlier this year to such an extent that I was able to return to lessons, and was back cycling, after just 2 weeks. Equally Jen's HITT classes were hugely enjoyable. Her enthusiasm made an exhausting session both rewarding and fun. All in all Jen is a first rate teacher and I can thoroughly recommend her for all aspects of physical instruction.
