He is exactly what I want from a PT, he pushes me and makes me work but also understands when I am at my limit. He is flexible with the days and times I can do and is so passionate about his work and getting people fitter and to be a better version of themselves. I only booked 5 sessions to start with as never had a PT before but will be booking another 5 as I really feel he works me hard and I can feel a difference in my strength and energy. I want someone with the drive to push me, encourage me and this is exactly what he does.

I hired Jimmy in Aug, he came across very professional on Whatsap . Our first session he wasn’t on time however I was understanding train might had delay.The session went well and I decided to hire him but did I know this could have been the worse person I could have hired ! I was very happy with the quality of the work out so I decided to buy 16 PT from him which gave me a very good rate . However after jimmy received £400 on the 2nd session from me the professionalism went out of the window, he was always late starting from 10 to 15 and he never gave me back the time I have lost. It reach to the point 2 times I had to wait for him 45 min , I had to cancel ! His cancellation policy is if he missed a session he provide1hour free session ,but I never got that 2 weeks a go he send me a msg on the day we had training saying 3 off his client might have COVIC and his not feeling well ! I was very understanding and advice him we should meet in14 days.I wanted to book my remain PT after14 days.I had 4PT remain how ever he has no time start to abusive me over txt and saying I’m toxic, he won’t give my money bk and wants me to train when his free!Ijimmy is very controlling&RUDE !!!!

I am very to sorry to have to respond to such a statement but i treat all my clients the same and for more than 10 years this is a first with all my clients i keep the quality of the sessions to the highest possible standard depending on the how the clients follows through with the recommendations given i was tested negative for covid and had a cold but you preffered to stay safe wich is absolutely understandable but it wouldnt de advised to compress all your sessions in a week without notice i do apologise if you find my methods controlling but i feel as this is part of what clients are looking for a plan and feedback about how to progressively overloaf the body in a way to simukate growth and longevity Refusing to take supplements advised by doctors for anemia combined with to much load can have devastating effects on your recovery im sorry that this is controlling or rudr but i prefer to continue being honest even at the cost of some nothing liking me personally but i dont want to damage a client because they think they know better than the professional i offered free session on me and the option to work with my colleague in the case that i am personally incompatible i feel very disturbed to rewd this statement the firdt review posted was a positive one regarding the sessions the sessions where ok but they would have been so much better if we would have been able to follow doctors advise regarding iron deficiency as it compromises the aerobic system and the abillity to recover i reached out to you because i habe deep empathy for people struggling with stress related issues and i am feeling blessed to be able to provide an outlet that being said i need to make sure a client doesn't damage their health my priority is health and longevity and building a strong foundation i train my clients the same way i have been coached in high level sports with brutal honestly and devotion to the principles of healthy and progressive athletic development i am afraid i cannot change the principles of coaching and physiology to suit any desire Training everyday with conditions comprimising the transportation of oxygen in the body is dangerous i am sad to read this negative post but i prefer staying true to the core values of our Methodology

I've had four sessions with Jimmy so far, and they have been excellent. He is good at reading energy levels and how much to push....each session has pushed me a bit further. He explains very well the correct form/posture/technique. I would 100% recommend him.

What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)
My prices are fair because I love what I do and I want to help the right people find their Inner Warrior Fitness and become an athletic version of themselves
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
Assessment: - Movement analysis -Body composition -Strength and power -Proprioception -injury / Weaknesses Once I have all that information I can further address the client on an individual basis and start building a program tailored to reach our common goal Some people might have certain idea's about what they need to do to get fit or lose weight and with the assessment my goal is to get the client to understand his bodymap and set realistic goals while improving the soecific health and fitness aspects on wich we base our work on.
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
I have lived an athletic life from 4 years old and have learned a lot from trying to become better for years and in turn helping others to improve as well My sports science degree helped me become more of a scientist with my methodology and the way we break training down as a science My PT certifications helped refocus some of things done at university but as an art the most important aspect of my training is my dedication to living the life I preach to my clients and be the best athlete I can be That devotion allows to focus all my mental energy in my craft and learn and evolve everyday
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Do not be rushed to pay ! Trust your gut feeling Know what you are looking because if you don't how will you know that you have found it ? Get an understanding of why the trainer is doing what he is doing and if he is driven and devoted , training is hard and requires passion and commitment to the craft
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?
Knowing what you are looking for you should ask about the background of the trainer to understand why he is the right person for the job Making sure his background covers your requirements
What are some good examples of past customers?
Customers that start in awful physical shape but get into the warrior Fitness mindset, With time are able to change the way they look , Feel and carry themselves in everyday life
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
A client came in barely walking after being hospitalized and reached amazing fitness levels and athleticism within 3 months Losing weight while gaining lean muscle mass and doing kickboxing at a medium descent level
How did you first get into this line of work?
I was a basketball player and coached the kids team while studying sports training science at university I didn't want to become a strength and conditioning coach f9r basketball teams because I decided to compete in kickboxing and get on a journey of becoming a pro kickboxer That is the reason I work as a mobile PT so I can still live as an athlete myself while inspiring others and coaching them to reach their best shape
