Jay understood exactly what I needed from our first meeting and made a plan that worked for me (and it did work!!). Jay was also understanding of my busy and unpredictable work schedule and would fit things in around that. Since meeting Jay I now like exercising!

Jay is a great personal trainer. Sessions are always fun, but challenging and he is always pushing us to go that extra mile...literally some weeks! We have seen great results in the last month, not only loosing weight but also feeling stronger. Jay spends time tailoring and preparing for sessions and is always motivated, extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Jays Way Personal Training.

Trained with Jay for 9 months. General fitness improvement needed and he made a great difference to my training alone, I noticed the improvements and fitness levels greatly increased. Bi weekly training and he still managed to vary each session to keep me motivated and not get bored, always a new exercise to keep me on my toes :) and hard training. Always a smile and a joke, great personality and great trainer.

I trained with Jay for the first half of 2017 while working towards building strength for my running. Always a good session with Jay who brings a lot of energy, motivation and that cheeky smile of his to every session. Never late, Jay will always have a creative workout that will keep you on your toes and will push you beyond where you've worked to before and was massively helpful in achieving all of last year's running goals of mine. Can highly recommend training with Jay as it's enjoyable, always a laugh and your fitness will be greatly improved
