I wasn't very fond of yoga before I met Jaya. Surprisingly to me it was a great experience where you have to work hard, sometimes I wanted to cry from desperation, but dedication and thorough help from her made me believe I can do it. I was suffering from severe back and neck pain as well as migraines, but since I started classes with Jaya it all started to disappear. What I really like and appreciate is that she has systematic approach and she is constantly present and observing in case if I am doing something what can be wrong for my body. It is very rare I meet such instructors who are so strict and responsible during the lessons.

Jaya is a progressive teacher that helps to build up confidence to choose modified or advanced yoga poses.
