As a British Kettlebell Champion and endurance expert, I know what it takes to go the extra mile and push yourself hard. Staying fit is not always easy but I know how to fire up my clients with enthusiasm so they overcome challenges. I offer a range of modalities as well as strength and conditioning, nutrition coaching, Pilates, massage therapy, pain relief and rehabilitation. I am also a holistic nutrition coach and a sports therapist too so I’m always at hand to offer advice about diet plans and massage therapy to help restore energy and accelerate recovery.
