I started training with Jamal in a bid to tone and lose weight and what I achieved is far more. My overall fitness, stamina and strength is so improved beyond what I ever thought I could achieve. I have dropped a couple of dress sizes, changed shape and now more confident in what I wear. He is truly an excellent trainer. Workouts are hard, varied and structured. He’s helped me change my life in so many ways for the better. He is my sanity! I would recommend him to everyone looking for a Personal Trainer.

I was initially very sceptical about the whole idea of training and did not believe that it would impact me in any way, shape or form. However Jamal proved this to be wrong. He helped me understand the importance of physical activity such as weight training and High Intensity Interval training, and how I could use these to achieve my goals. The experience was amazing, and the results were spectacular. My relatives and friends always commented on how my physic had improved. Jamal showed me that it was possible with both effort and patience one could improve one's health and stamina by following his approach. With Jamal on your side, and with a little bit of self-control on food consumption you too can achieve your goals without a shadow of a doubt.

I’m very grateful to have found Jamal when I did, I had been struggling with repeat injuries partly due to muscle compensation and needed an experienced and skilled trainer that could help me correct my postural imbalance while improving strength & mobility. Working with someone who is focused and just as committed to my health as me has made the difference in being able to achieve such great results so quickly and his professional and accommodating manner always makes it easy dealing with him. Jamal - thank you so much for your all of your time & support and for making our sessions so much fun that it almost doesn’t feel like a workout. Almost!

Can’t thank Jamal enough. Have struggled for years to start and maintain a fitness regime enough to see results. He really motivated me even though I was a beginner. The workouts were exercises I liked and knew could continue with. Finally lost the weight and kept it off ! Will definitely continue training with him if needed !

As well as being highly qualified and extremely accomplished, Jamal is a friendly and encouraging trainer. He is conscientious about providing a tailored, effective and personalised programme. Under his guidance I lost body fat and increased muscle mass, and also improved my posture and mobility. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he genuinely cares about his clients' progress and wellbeing. I absolutely recommend Jamal as a Personal Trainer and have no doubt that you will soon see noticeable and lasting results.
