I know I have to get fit and lose weight, but I have always found the whole process unutterably dull (there's a link there). I have also had a string of chronic knee and shoulder problems. Any other trainer would have lost me - either they'd have lost interest in me, or vice versa. Clint has been endlessly cheerful and helpful, varied the routines, tailored them to what I have been able to do, pushed me to believe I can do more. The discipline of a weekly session has been necessary and beneficial. And gains may be small, but they are real. Clint is great - highly recommended, even for those like me who never expected to find themselves in a gym, let alone enjoying it.

Clinton has been very good at matching the training to my needs. I have had a few injuries and he has been able to adapt my sessions to either avoid or focus on those areas as needed. The sessions have been a good mix of cardio and functional training and always different ensuring I am motivated. Clinton has been flexible with training times ensuring I don't miss a weekly session. The studio is very well equipped and conveniently located.

Have been going to ICE and working with Clinton for nearly 2 years. When we began I was needing help to build a new sustainable training routine as I had some recurring back issues and other injuries from previous exercise routines/lifestyle/work etc. Clinton quickly identified weakness in my posture and incorporated new exercise routines into the training to complement the physio treatment I was doing at the time. Since that time we have worked on building core strength and flexibility which was central to my previous issues .Clinton works hard to ensure the training you do is diversified to keep you interested, whilst focusing on any areas that need extra attention. He will always ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly which is very important to anybody who has had issues with backs,hamstrings,knees etc. Anybody looking at their long term health and fitness lifestyle should really consider making contact with the team.

I don't particularly like exercise and I get bored easily. Since I met Clinton over 4 years ago, he has very gently managed to get me to want to come to a regular session, try new things and feel much better at the end of it. Right from the beginning he has incorporated the Pilates elements that I love with more challenging exercises. He can adapt things at the drop at a hat and keeps sessions interesting with regularly mixing things up and setting targets without me realizing. 56 months - one lazy middle-aged girl. Platinum medal from me!

I came to Clinton with a fairly difficult brief. I was living a busy work life and struggled to find time to exercise. I also just got diagnosed with an auto-immune disease meaning that the path to fitness might be a bit more complicated than for others. Clinton integrated all these different parameters and came up with a completely custom program to achieve the goals we set. I have been seeing Clinton every week for a few months now and he always refreshes the training, making it both challenging and rewarding. I have already achieved a few of my objectives which is a real achievement given my initial physical condition and this is a testament to his methods. He is always full of enthusiasm and makes every training session a fun part of my week. The studio is always clean and quiet allowing for intense and pleasant sessions. I would highly recommend his services.
