About Inspire 2 Change

As a personal trainer, I am passionate about helping others get active and achieve their health goals. I started training at a young age, and once I realised the wonderful benefits, I decided to pursue a career in the field of fitness. After completing my Personal Training & Sport Science Degrees, I am a fully qualified and certified with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) trainer coaching people to get fit and strong and embrace a healthier lifestyle. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I take pride in helping my clients turnaround their lifestyles and emerge as happier and confident individuals. I can do the same for you through personalised, high-quality service and will keep in mind your pace, abilities, and goal. Whether you are eager to improve your endurance level, tone your entire body, lose weight, build muscle, boost strength, or work on your posture and flexibility, I will customise a plan according to your needs. My methods include full body weighted workouts, body weighted workouts (great for core strengthening & toning), HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and a range of cardiovascular exercises to improve overall fitness and to promote fat burn! All in all, these methods are great for building and toning your muscles whilst keeping that lean shape. Transformation takes time and effort, and while I won’t make you do anything you don’t like, I will still challenge your body and modify your training plans as you progress. I will train you at a time and location of your convenience – home, gym or park. I provide expert knowledge and will keep you motivated so long as you commit to putting in the effort and sticking to the plan. Whatever your fitness targets are, I’m confident I can help you reach them within a healthy and realistic time frame while supplying you with ample motivation. Personal Trainer. I can highly recommend Naim Ladak of “Inspire to Change”. He is prompt, courteous, very professional and his approach is one that definitely works. I just completed session 7 (3 sessions a week) and I have noticed a dramatic increase in my core strength, upper body and overall cardio fitness. I have started to notice my waist, back, shoulders and hips/upper thighs changing shape, slimming down in areas and toning up. I am combining a healthy diet with the PT and Naim is able to offer advice on this if needed. Naim’s approach is very clever in that he starts off with a level that you can achieve and week on week as he observes improvements, he will make modifications and gently push you to doing more. He does a combination of weight training and cardio which work very well together.

What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
A quick phone call to discuss their goals & ambitions, explaining how my services can help benefit them, pricing structure, & anything else they want to know. Once happy to proceed, I will forward important documents for them to sign. Happy to then book in allocated slots.

Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Look at the reviews, understand their philosophy, ask questions, schedule a call & book a trial as every trainer will have different styles & not everyone will be suited to your needs. Don’t worry too much about location as most pros if serious enough will travel to you. Check that the pro is insured & fully qualified.
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?
How long is a session? What do the sessions involve? How can these sessions help me? What are the prices? What is your booking process? How quickly can I book in once I’m happy to proceed? Just a few questions to have in mind.

A client wanting to lose 10 kg - started with 2 sessions a week & reached her goal in just under 2 months.
How did you first get into this line of work?
Shadowing personal trainers from a young age, being into health & fitness as a consequence of being weak & vulnerable in my early teens. I really wanted to Change this & so took exercise in a bid to combat this.
