We work throughout West Yorkshire delivering specialist fitness, nutrition, and weight management services to enthusiasts and beginners. From effective boot camps to personal training sessions, our services have enabled scores of people to pursue and sustain dynamic and healthy lifestyles. We also design personalised nutrition plans to optimise your workouts and accelerate results. Our other services include lifestyle consultation, pre- and post-pregnancy exercise plans, baby boot camps, and group sessions. Our instructors utilise their experiences of working with underweight and overweight clients, including children and teenagers and apply these to the sessions by making them inclusive and fun. As we all unique with different requirements, we take pride in our ability to adapt our sessions based on the exclusive needs of our clients. We pay special attention to whether it’s injury rehabilitation, competition training, or confidence building. To keep the muscles challenged and ensure you won’t fall off the track, we mix up our techniques and motivate you to push yourself to the limit to reach your goals. Every session is different and we offer creative ways that incorporate a range of games and training methods to ramp up your fitness. These include cardio, functional bodyweight exercises, circuit training etc. and a variety of equipment such as boxing pads, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, tyres, resistance bands, weights, power bags, and more.
