About Hanh's Transformations

Do you feel like your fitness is flagging, your weight is creeping up and that you suffer from fatigue? I am a REPs registered and fully insured mobile personal trainer with 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. My own journey into the fitness industry started when I was overweight, feeling unfit, unhealthy, and not knowing how to maintain a healthy weight until I sought professional help and guidance. This helped me to get the body I’ve always wanted and it also spurred me to pursue a new profession and lifestyle. Since then, I haven’t looked back and I decided to create a mobile personal training service to encourage others keen on getting into shape but lacking the motivation to go to the gym or exercise on their own. We all suffer from insecurities and low self-esteem and having a fitness buddy is all the encouragement we need to stick to a training programme. I hold my sessions in the convenience and comfort of your own home or at Pt Studio One in Hainault IG6 3UT. I specialise in weight loss/weight gain, strength training, toning/definition, fat burning, boxing, endurance training, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). I also offer nutritional guidance and create meal plans to ramp up your metabolism and lose weight more efficiently. Hanh is an amazing personal trainer and can get you where you want to be! !. I have only been training with her for two weeks and the results iv had in such a short time are down to her nutritional expertise and the variety of workouts she puts me through. I would highly recommend Hanh and I can see myself training with her for a long time to come. Thanks AGAIN!!!!!

Hanh has literally changed my life! I honestly have done, eaten (and not eaten) things I have never thought I could do or eat! Having always struggled with those few pounds, I always wondered where I was going wrong and I am so happy that Bidvine has matched me to such an amazing PT and woman! Hanh made me feel comfortable straight away and tailors all my exercises accordingly. She travels to the comfort of my own home, brings in her equipment with her and is always on time and reliable. AND she watches what I eat EVERY DAMN DAY! So I send her pictures of everything I put in my mouth (whatever the time of day or night!). The best personal trainers are realistic, and Hanh is just that. I almost don't want to share her!

I met Hannah after losing 2 stone and wanted to tone up my body and get fit. Hannah is friendly, patient, always cheerful, inspiring and motivating. She is passionate about her work and aims to get results . She is knowledgable about overall health and different training techniques and makes the sessions enjoyable and fun and will find a programme to suit you. Since training with Hannah my body is more defined and toned, I am fitter and stronger and I feel more confident.

I've been training with Hanh for the last 5 weeks now and she's my very 1st female PT as I've had 2 other male PT's before. Difference I got from her compared to the others was that she always added different variety of training as well as boxercise. She would also monitor me outside our gym sessions on my nutrition which I never got before. I highly recommend her! Great energy, great personality and great focus on my goals!

Hanh is absolutey great! We started training a few months ago, clicked from day, and worked out exercise and diet programme for my weight loss post pregnancy. It has been tough motivating myself but with Hanh's help it given me confidence. Hanh makes sure I work to the best of my ability and tailors the session to suit my strengths and rotates routine. Boxing being my fav part :) She brings all the necessary equipment and it feels like I am having a session in the gym but only I am home. I absolutely recommend Hanh!

I commenced personal training sessions with Hannah in June 2017 and it has really opened my eyes to what I can achieve with the right motivation and support. Hannah is a very enthusiastic PT and initially she has a more confidence in my ability to achieve my goals than I did. My goals have evolved through her guidance and I can see a real improvement in both my fitness levels and my appearance aesthetically. I have a demanding career and I find that she is very accommodating to that when she make suggestions about improvements I can make or exercises I can incorporate into my weekly routine. I have considerable confidence in my abilities now to lift heavier weights and do higher reps of exercises. Hannah always pushes me to do more and push myself which is very important to me and she is always pointing out the progress that I have made which is very motivating. I highly recommend Hannah as a personal trainer and if like me you're not sure, why not have a taster session as that is what I did. AJ

I have trained with Hanh for over a year now and could not recommend her more. Using a range of different and new exercises which branch away from “standard” everyday push ups and squats, all her workouts are designed to push you and help you reach your goals.
