It was a pleasure working with Royston. He responded quickly to my wife's initial email, made a convenient applointment to meet me at the job site, provided a detailed quotation for the job, worked professionally with me on the scope and price, and completed the job on time and at a high quality. He dealt professionally with some quirks of the job and left me completely satisfied with the end result. The "quirks" included helping to chose a modestly priced tile that closely matched existing bathroom tile as well as the delivery by the DIY vendor of a shower screen that wasn't actually the one we ordered. I have high confidence in Royston and would work would gladly hire him again.

Royston was more than qualified for the job! I had some problems with my bathroom tiling and not only did he do a perfect job, he took the time to explain all possible options to allow me to save on costs and better understand what actually needed to be sorted - unlike many other companies or contractors. He got the job done properly and seamlessly, he even went out of his way to find new materials that were needed. A genuinely nice guy, but still a strong professional. Will most definitely reach out to him in the future!
