Alvaro is very professional personal trainer. With a university degree in sports science and physical education, he is much more knowledgeable than your average free lance personal trainer and has a very hands-on and taylor-made approach to training. He explains the science and theory behind every routine and helps you understand what the benefits of your efforts are. He is also a very reliable, flexible and fun guy to work with, always putting a lot of emphasis on enjoying the exercise, while pushing you to your limits in a measured and safe way. I can really recommend him!
