About George Kalogerakis

My name is Georgios Kalogerakis, I am 25 Years old and I am from Greece. I have graduated from the Department of Photography and Audiovisual Arts of the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece. I recently graduated from my MA in Media Production Film and Television in the University of Sunderland, in Sunderland. While in the UK I got a National Insurance number, but didn’t have time to work during the MA course. After I finished my MA I returned back to Athens, Greece and currently live there until I find a job in the UK. I have great knowledge of Video Editing, Videography, Photography, Photo Editing and Graphic Design because I have been working and studying in these fields since 2011. During my undergraduate and MA studies I had to work alone or in teams and in both occasions I worked well and hard to achieve the best outcome for my short films and other work I had to hand in. My favourite role in Video/Film production is the role of “Video Editor” and I was actually the best in Video Editing among my fellow students in the MA. I have an excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe products. I am ambitious, energetic, cooperative, organised and able to provide the best outcome of work even under great pressure.
