Eclectic Fitness Instructor with 18 years' experience in field of couple dancing, sports and fitness. My career as an instructor began 7 years ago in Italy, just for fun. I switched from literature student to a fitness professional for the fun, enjoyment, and the emotional involvement which I am able to spur as soon as the record's on. I am enthusiastic about building a community among participants and a sense of belonging to a big family. With a talent for motivating participants of all ages and of all fitness levels with enthusiasm, encouragement and self-reliance, I exude the magic that makes people forget their problems, feel acknowledged, and motivated to get the best version of themselves. I am committed to create an atmosphere of togetherness and to provide participants with not just a workout break, but an extensive experience of joy, well-being, and self-empowerment.
