What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)

My pricing starts at £75.00 plus VAT per hour, but I give a free of charge introduction session to listen to clients needs and depending on how many sessions are required (and I can advise you on that too if you wish), a discount will apply. For example, if you have 3 sessions at £75.00 per hour plus VAT, then a 10% discount is applied to your fourth and fifth session. The more hours you book, the greater the discount.

What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?

I will ask you about your values, strengths, challenges, motivations, learning style, and other personal areas like that. You must be as truthful as you can — with yourself and with me, your coach — because your answers to these questions will help me, your coach to figure out how, exactly, they can best help you going forward. Career coaches focus on the current situation and create action goals to help clients move forward. A career coach is similar to an athletic coach. They assess where you are and encourage/challenge you to become a better you. They may focus on outcomes, results and accomplishments.

What education or training is most relevant to your work?

I have had 25+ years working in Corporate Businesses around the world and local communities, listening and speaking to individuals to support them to realise their best selves and lives through helping them understand their lives purpose, including career aspirations. Through my personal and extensive global business network, I have also place many hundred of people into the job roles and careers they once only dreamed about. I am passionate about people & love to watch them succeed.

Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?

I advise you to prepare with research & questions about what I have to offer you as a successful career coach and also prepare your own thoughts and try to set out the goals you want to achieve too.

What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?

Think about their life goals. Ask me about all of the hundreds of people I have coached and placed into their dream careers and about what works well and what doesn't when searching for a role. Never be afraid to ask any questions, this is YOUR moment and I can engineer it for you....just tell me & ask me :)

What are some good examples of past customers?

I have worked with individuals to reach Board level positions, to reach Junior Management positions and beyond, I have worked across 7 industries globally and have an extensive network of HR Directors & VP's who always ask me about who I can place with them, great people who are inspired to succeed and learn :)

Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?

I recently mentored a well Known CEO in a global business into meeting his goal of becoming Chairman of a large organisation, when he thought that he wouldn't be good enough and would settle at CEO. I recently gave an Indian gentleman the 'tools' for the job of career acceleration in a global tech company and he went from analyst to Programme Director in 12 months and tippled his salary!! There are many more examples to share...

How did you first get into this line of work?

I mentored and coached people in businesses around the world for many years and my passion is seeing people succeed in life, it inspires and drive me to help them in any way I can <3
