Gemma Rogers

Before working with Gemma I was on a career break. I had been working for 12+ years in a specialised area and it was all I had known. So the unknown was quite overwhelming. Working with Gemma was inspiring, fascinating, and empowering. Gemma listens intently and has a real talent in finding common themes in things I hadn’t even noticed myself. Gemma would succinctly extract key points, tying it back to my strengths, passions, values and motivators. Through focusing on those things the programme helped me to broaden my thinking and open my eyes to other possibilities. I completed the sessions with Gemma feeling empowered that I could do something different, something I know I’d be good at and would be aligned with my strengths and values. Things I previously only daydreamed about but then dismissed have already started moving closer to reality, and it’s creating a ripple effect! Working with Gemma helped me to become really clear as to who I was as a person. What my skill set was, what I was motivated by, what I did and didn't want from a job. With this clarity it then meant I could move forward in that direction. Gemma really helped me work through areas where I was self-sabotaging. She was really good at identifying those blocks and helping me to work through them. I wouldn't have managed to get to this place without Gemma's help.
