Awesome; super accommodating to my air headed self who kept missing calls and messages (sorry about that) Got to work quickly and even pointed out that my sofa could be salvaged for charity which made me feel better about getting rid of it. So friendly that even I, a millennial, didn't mind talking to them on the phone! 10/10 would hire again

Gavin communicated very quickly following my enquiry. His costs were fixed as agreed , included insurance and public liability. He called promptly to inform me when he was held up in traffic when uplifting the piano . He was a very pleasant young man ,he and his partner carried out the job as requested with no fuss. His quote was very competitive with no add ons, I had received another two quotes , one just a bit more expensive, the other eventually arrived by e Mail at more than twice what Gavin charged PLUS insurance if I chose to add it too . I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Would have picked more if I could. He is absolutely brilliant and found a way to make our pick up work even though we aren't exactly local. Will absolutely recommend and if needed will use his services again!
