I am very unhappy with the service from James Gauld. I book him through bidvine to do my kitchen floor tiles. He totally messed up my floors the tiles were out of line and he did not do the grout. I paid £1440 for kitchen tiles from B&Q, I hired James gauld through Bidvine, I paid him £450.00 for the job. James is a cowboy builder, I have to do the job again, got to rip the tiles out the again and get them retiled again, hiring James gauld has cost me £4000.00 I will be reporting him to trading standards and the police for fraud and do not Recommend to get Jame Gauld for any job
Done a great job putting up my bar stools , look so nice in my kitchen will definitely use his service again on time ,work fast and good communicate well.
