Established this year, Reassure Training Ltd are specialists in providing simple self defence training that is easy to learn, easy to remember. We are qualified level 3 trainers in self defence so you know you are getting a structured programme that is reviewed and audited, we also undergo annual update training. On top of that we are also using our experiences of over 10 years in the care and front line public sector where we have had to use self defence techniques to keep ourselves safe. The reasons we developed our company and the training system was so that we could encourage other people to feel safe, confident and reassured that the techniques they use actually work and will be easy to remember in an emergency. With our training you do not need a high level of fitness or any martial arts experience. There is no complicated grading system. We want to teach what we know works and keeps you safe. We are friendly, passionate and supportive. We can train you in 1 to 1 sessions, group sessions, seminars and weekly ongoing classes. We also offer training in conflict management, personal safety awareness, restraint reduction and behavioural awareness.
