As a Professional Coach, my aim is to support you in achieving your goals, to bring your dreams into reality. This can be any small step or a goal you have waited to achieve for a long time. If you feel stuck, you would like a change or just balance where you are and you would like someone who just as committed as you to achieve it, then look no further. I am confident to support you in the following fields and life areas: Health & Well-being, Life purpose and fulfillment, self-esteem and confidence, personal development, self-actualization and spiritual development, transition and transformation including moving to a different country or changing career or moving to a different life stage. I am an excellent empathetic listener, a direct communicator who has an integral and holistic view in Coaching; trusting in the coach-client partnership. I gained my knowledge and experiences throughout in Beauty Therapy, Social Work, Entrepreneur course, Consciousness and Transformative studies, Access Consciousness studies, Mindfulness, Life Coaching and had various work and life experiences in many fields including Customer Services, Youth and Adult support work, volunteering, meditation practices and living and working abroad. I am very curious, positive and motivational. I enable and empower the client to be who they are and become who they want to be, by providing a safe and trusted space. I believe in continuous development, therefore I am able to move and tap into many different theories and coaching approaches, therefore creating a bespoke plan to each client. I believe that we are all unique and capable to create the life we truly want. Coaching is about supporting you in your authentic journey.
