I’m a highly competent and enthusiastic personal trainer with a proven ability to help people achieve their fitness goals. I take pride in what I do and hold a successful track record of evaluating a client’s physical fitness, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and achievable workout routine for them to reach their targets. Having grown up on a steady diet of Kung-Fu movies, it seemed inevitable that my first foray into the world of health and fitness would be through martial arts. My passion and fitness experiences eventually expanded to include weight training, running, yoga, football and more. Since I was young, I was taught that health and wellbeing encompasses the mind, body and soul and that it’s vital to balance our physical health with our mental and emotional health. With over 5 years of experience, what sets me apart from other trainers is that I always carry out several assessments to see what stage a client is at before I begin a training plan. I also evaluate other areas like health, fitness lifestyle, metabolism, sleep and stress. I don’t just help you tone your physique so you look good… but also inspire you to change your life by helping diminish stress for positive benefits. As a Personal Trainer, I like to take a fun and educational approach to equip you with not just the skills but also the knowledge of how to accomplish your fitness and health goals. I believe that with consistency and perseverance, anything is possible, and my workouts feature a mix of techniques and intensity levels so you get the most out of every session. I do my best to create rewarding participant-instructor relationship and always seek to provide a high level of service while being mindful of my expectations. While my rates are reasonable, I offer a free taster for the first session and a 10% off the total package price for customers that pre-pay for 10 sessions. Ford was an exceptional personal trainer who would always go above and beyond to ensure I had the best training session every time we trained. Ford was incredibly supportive, inspirational and friendly throughout the whole process allowing us to build a great friendship beyond just the gym. It was clearly evident that Ford has years of experience and extensive knowledge of all aspects of health and fitness, which was amplified through the different styles / rep ranges he incorporated in my workouts. Overall, Ford always motivated and pushed me to always give 110% of effort for every exercise / workout which allowed me to make amazing progress. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to live a healthier life and achieve any of their fitness goals.

Fuad continually produces bespoke exercises and workouts to address specific issues that I've asked to work on which are extremely effective. All my life, when it comes to fitness, treadmill is the only thing I have known until I received the professional fitness service from F-Will in London. I did not even have the slightest idea of how my fitness level and body image should be. A client like me could have been a puzzle for any fitness instructor. But F-Will smartly employed his professional acumen in helping me figure out the type of body image and achieve lean muscle mass which I never realised I have so much longed for. He helped me lose 5kg (approx. from 60kg to 55kg) in 5 PT sessions within 5 month's time through his guidance of healthy and balanced eating! His expert techniques for strength training, posture and fat loss effectively get the body into good shape without any short or long-term harm to the body because his careful consideration for the client's wellbeing is exceptional. F-Will doesn't just get me into shape but teaches me exercises for life!! I'm confident he can train clients with any type of needs as he has a wealth of experience and professional knowledge in the art & science of fitness. Absolutely Brilliant! Fuad was certainly helpful in teaching how to execute different exercises properly, and variations so that you can be flexible if the gym is packed. These are exercises that he does himself, and you can tell they’re certainly effective looking at his physique. I also benefited from the encouragement on days which the weights don’t move as well as expected, or even setting a new personal record! Personally, he has made the start of my fitness journey a lot easier, and helped me build a solid foundation to continue into the future.

I started training with F-Will 9 months ago. I was stuck on a routine and finding it really hard to progress. My main goal was to get stronger, and also enjoy the other benefits that come with it, looking better, being fit, etc. After 9 months I have increase my strength considerably, both physical and mental. He has shown great support motivating me, following up my training and taking me forward during his training sessions. Training with him is fun, always different and challenging. His knowledge is very impressive and gives me full confidence to follow his advice and tips. The results that I have achieved under his training are top and I would recommend him 100%.

My experience training with Ford has been nothing short of excellence. He's a genuinely helpful, friendly trainer with years of experience and knowledge under his belt(and it shows!). He practices what he preaches and knows the importance of programming around injuries and controlling volume and training intensity to avoid overtraining and allow for recovery while still keeping the workouts challenging and intense. Aside from myself I've seen him train multiple individuals from novice lifters to advanced trainees and he's always the same, motivating, energetic and smiling, all while being observant and critical, his advice is not just what exercises to do, but also what modifications can be made to those exercises based on the individual as well as form and technique checks. Aside from being a phenomenal trainer, Ford is one of the nicest people I've met and really motivates you to push yourself, but in a smart way, which makes training with him that much more enjoyable.

I’ll Tailor Your Plan - Using our simple meal planning system incorporating the foods you know and love. So no more boring bland tasting food and hello pizza, chocolate and all that good stuff you love. 3. Kick-Off Call - This is key to give a clear picture of how to get from point A to B in the easier way possible. Also, the chance for you to ask questions. 4. Training and nutrition phases - This will all be delivered via the training app. 5. Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Just because a trainer is in ridiculous condition, it doesn’t mean they can get you in the same position. You do not have their genetics, schedule and external pressure to look good. I have made this mistake in the past. I've followed the advice of the biggest guy in the gym before, as he must know what he talking about….right?! Now that I am older, wiser (slightly) and have more experience in the gym, I realise the stuff we were doing back then was ridiculous. The diet plans prescribed were nothing short of foolish. The workout regimes were crazy and I’m surprised I didn’t get injured more. It had a complete disregard to human health and were written out on the back of a fag packet in minutes. This is something I see on social media a lot. This is one of the reasons I don’t post loads of photos of myself on social media. I don’t think it is morally right to be advertising my own physique as a way to make money. The next time you are planning on investing in a personal trainer, why not check out their experience, past results, whether you share similar morals and whether you actually like them. A nice body is not a substitute for a personality.
