I was in a 'spot of bother' as key was stuck on the inside part of the front door lock so could not lock the door. Frank arrived on time and resolved the issue very quickly. Frank clearly 'knows his stuff'. Not only did Frank fix the issue; he also improved a couple of extra things relating to the locking system and door..Frank cares for his clients and is a very pleasant chap. I would hire Frank again without any hesitation. Frank provides top notch service.
