Individually tailored nutrition can be used to help you achieve these and other health goals. My name is Freddie Stuart and I'm a qualified nutritionist (MSc, PGDip) with a passion for nutrition and helping my clients achieve their health goals. I do one-to-one consultations and design personalised nutrition plans specifically tailored to my client's needs. Consultations are best conducted face-to-face but I also offer consultations via Skype and telephone for clients further afield. The total cost of my services is currently £90 which is includes everything (consultation, nutrition plans, and a month of e-mail/telephone support). Follow up sessions are £45.
