About Franco Kong

I have won a full scholarship to studied at the Singhai Conservatoire and obtained his B.A. degree. After that I won the Norman Gristwood scholarship to study the postgraduate course at Trinity College of Music London.I am an accomplished opera, oratorio and recital artist. I have been singing professionally more then 15 years. I have worked with Wexford Festival Opera, Dublin Grand Opera, Birmingham Opera Co, Chelsea Opera Group, English Touring Opera, English Festival Opera, Almeida Opera, Garsington Opera, New Sussex Opera and Ahmadi Music Group (Kuwait) etc. Beside that I am teaching singing at the Master Music School London. I believe that my music background and professional experience give me my ability to understand each student's unique requirements and assisting them to achieve as much as they can. I also have experience in private tutoring and found it to be an unique experience to be able to pass my knowledge on to others. I am confident that my experience and skill will be an asset to students' learning and development in the vocal technique and to build up self-confidence as well. It is my goad to combine my range of experiences with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic and understanding which will be a positive contributing to the singing teaching district.
