In 2014 I applied to join the metropolitan police service. With help from Gordon I was able to gain the experience needed to pass my day 1 which included a test of a scenario based written exam and an interview. Gordon tasked me to complete a written scenario similar to the one given to me to complete in my day 1. This helped me to think on my feet and cover all angles of the exam. Also I had a few practice interviews which helped me get used to being under pressure and work on my body posture when being interviewed. Without Gordon's help I wouldn't have been able to pass my day 1 and for that I am extremely thankful. I have currently been in the job for 1 year ; I never thought I would have been able to get into my dream job however Gordon made this possible. Forward Coaching really helped me find focus in my life at a time when I was struggling for direction.
