John chambers (owner of Flex Fitness) Perhaps you have started a fitness journey in the past and it as not worked out, or maybe you need that little push and encouragement to stay on track and maintain progress you have already made ? I want to help kick start your journey of Reaching your potential, achieving your goals. My style of training is built around building confidence to be able to achieve your goals whilst improving your mindset. I have helped multiple clients gain strength & confidence with weight training and weight loss by encouraging good habits and a positive outlook & overall showing them that exercise can be enjoyable & even addictive. Let me break the negative cycle. Leading a healthy life is what I want everyone to aspire to do & training is always more fun when done with a goal in mind. Services: • Online coaching: includes, *workout programme *diet protocol *24/7 coach contact *access to my PT hub. • 1:1 personal training at……or an outdoor location of your choice using my very own equipment. I also can do home visits. (Unavailable at present due to covid) • personalised tailored workout programmes for inside a gym or at home. When you are part of Flex fitness team, you will have exclusive access to My PT Hub where we have weekly check-ins and discuss your goals and any issues you may have on your journey. You will have 24/7 access to advice, information & support from myself and my team. As well as fitness programmes, I will provide you with nutritional advice by tracking your calories & adjusting your diet to help you achieve your goals. Come & join my growing team of inspirational clientswho are wanting to better themselves this year ! I am not just a PT, I am your biggest fan ! A little about me....... I started my fitness journey back when I was 8 years old when I played rugby league for Hillsborough hawks. Unfortunately I didn’t continue my playing career and decided to pursue a career in nursing and studied at Sheffield Hallam University and completed a degree in mental health nursing, which I still continue to practice alongside the running of flex fitness. As I am a registered mental health nurse I like to highlight the importance that exercise as on individuals mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal and gives you a self of worth and achievement. I have always been a fitness freak despite working long hours as a nurse and I have always made time to maintain my own fitness goals over the years. Several years ago the time came where I sat down and seriously thought about my future. Although I love nursing and this career as given me lots of satisfaction from helping others I decided that i wanted to put more energy into my passion for fitness, thus undertaking the relevant qualifications needed to become a personal trainer and start my own business here at Flex fitness.

John was always 10-15 minutes early! So I always got more then my allocated time which is good! I was very body image conscious and helped me get through my securities and now I have loads 4 just under 4 stone and gained some muscle which I not seen before lol I would recommend

The improvement in your health and fitness levels can have long-term payment in quality of life.
