As a trainer with Fit2Rock, I work with clients of all ages and with a wide range of different goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase your endurance or improve your overall health, I will listen closely to your needs, fully assess your current position and devise a workout plan that will deliver the results you want. Your customised training programme will be tailor-made to meet your needs, and mapped to your own level of fitness: I will push you hard, but I won’t expect the impossible, and you’ll see yourself improve week by week. I’ll also help you make healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle, by working with you to create nutritious weekly meal plans that will give your energy levels a real boost. I even offer cooking masterclasses, if you need bit of inspiration! Our skilled team of fitness experts is full qualified in in a wide range of training approaches and styles, and we draw on techniques from martial arts, functional training, and TRX suspension work to create exciting, challenging workouts that can be adapted for everybody. We are specialists in modern metabolic resistance training, which combines cardiovascular exercise with strength and conditioning activity to really torch fat while building muscle at the same time. And we are also fully trained and experienced in developing training programmes designed to aid rehabilitation, with a focus on core strength, posture correction, good form and muscular development. It is never too late to embark on a fit and healthy lifestyle. Don’t tell yourself that you are just too old, tired, busy or overweight to get back in shape: make the time, make the commitment, make the effort and you will be amazed at what you can achieve! When I first got in touch with Selman I had never done any proper exercise. I was overweight and had a lot of work to do. From the 1st session Selman was thorough and inspiring and really knew his stuff. I knew that by listening to his advice and following his programme I would get results. And it has totally paid off! Within the first 6 months, I hit my target and I haven't looked back. It's changed my life and I'm so glad I made that first call. Totally recommend 🙂

Just a review to let you know that Selman at Fit2rock limited provided the most premium 1 to 1 training session I could ever imagine. I had a good feeling right from the start where he measured my body fat percentage and went through all fitness goals with me one by one, in a very tailored approach to what I wanted to achieve. Not only have our training sessions been completely individualised, Selman also provided specific meal plans for me to follow day in day out. To ensure I was following these meal plans correctly he asked me to make a food diary which he would religiously check at every training session we had. As he is a chef also, he helped prepare some meals for me which were not only healthy but mouth watering (extremely tasty). Selman was very punctual with timings and would always arrive promptly on time. You can tell from start to finish the moment he starts training you he actually has a strong passion in what he does. I have lost considerable weight using a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training workouts and I am hooked! I strongly recommend him to anyone who has fitness goals and is ready to achieve them. Selman is a TOP personal trainer and the company does what it "say on the tin" Fit2Rock!!!
