I didn't know what to expect when I started working with Leighton. I just knew that I needed to do something. I have definitely learnt a lot about myself over this course and something i will most certainly implement later in life, when my goals change or when life takes an unexpected meander. Their really never is an end to learning least of all about yourself, who you are, who you want to be - but knowing how to reach the end goal is the key. To this end I'm very thankful to Leighton for making this process so easy. I'm generally a very insular person and rarely share aspects of who I am with the other. Had it not been for they way Leighton works I don't think I would have found the Pandora's boxes in my own head. Highly recommend.

My session with Leighton was overwhelmingly positive. I had an idea of what my goals were, so during this session Leighton helped me to make them more tangible so that I could start to achieve them. Rather than giving prescriptive advice, Leighton asked probing questions which enabled me to realise for myself what it was I wanted to achieve. This was my first time working with a Life Coach and was a valuable experience - I would recommend to anyone looking for clarity on what they want in life and how to get it!
