This causes inaction but by using innovative and practical strategies, I will help you to get to the heart of what you can do next. As you realise and define what matters to you we will put into place practical steps forward to convert intention to action and create your better life. I take a calm and meaningful approach and build dynamic and trusting partnerships that will help you to uncover your inner strength, devise coping strategies and find the motivation to work towards a more rounded and fulfilled life. I have mentored within the 'Women in Technology' group helping members to take a leap of faith towards a rewarding career or to make a valuable career change that makes better use of their skills and talents.
