I take a calm and meaningful approach and build dynamic and trusting partnerships that will help you to uncover your inner strength, devise coping strategies and find the motivation to work towards a more rounded and fulfilled life. I have mentored within the 'Women in Technology' group helping members to take a leap of faith towards a rewarding career or to make a valuable career change that makes better use of their skills and talents. As a young professional woman in a male dominated industry I would often doubt my abilities, coupled with the feeling of incompetence from external influences.
