We are a personal training company that helps individuals to stay and be healthy. We specialise in weight loss, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), functional and strength training, TRX suspension, and a lot more. We offer one-on-one training plans that with flexible workout routines tailored to your personal goals. Our personal trainers will provide guidance, support, and motivation for you to stay on the right path and achieve your targets. We also offer group-training sessions for those who prefer the camaraderie and spirit of group workouts. We want our clients to be comfortable in the best possible way, and that’s why we provide our services in the comfort of your home or at our gym – whatever is most convenient. After years of struggling with weight and unhealthy eating habits I finally decided to have personal training sessions - the best choice I've made. Training with Dhaman has been great. He has motived me in each of the sessions and is always helpful at showing me the exercises again if I didn't understand how to do it the first time. He always adapts the exercises to suit my needs and made a meal plan for my dietary needs (one which I can actually stick to and isn't some crazy diet) . Just in one month of having sessions with Dhaman, I have started forming healthier eating habits thanks to the advice he's given me. Definitely going to keep him as my personal trainer.

I sit all day at my desk and do no exercise and very little walking. I began to struggle to maintain my weight and it was getting me down. I then joined the gym and asked for Dhamans help. He got me exercising, kept me motivated, set me goals and with all his help I managed to lose weight, build stamina, stay energetic and maintained my weight. His advice was brillant and he helped me lose the weight where I struggled so much with, legs, bum and tum. Without him I never would have been able to fit in to my dress for my friends wedding.

I have been working on reducing my thunder thighs. Dhaman compiled a training plan and give advice on diet. With the two combined I was able to finally achieve my goal. Dhaman used firm encouragement he kept me motivated throughout. I would highly recommend as a personal trainer.

After months of training with no results, I decided to make the step to hire a personal trainer. And that’s where I found Dhaman. Training with Dhaman meant I finally enjoyed my time in the gym and it made it even better when the results came! His training is different every time so I never got bored like I used to when training on my own. He showed me how to eat properly without putting me on a crazy diet that doesn’t work, training with Dhaman will definitely be up there with one of the best lifestyle choices I ever made.

After training for a year I didn't feel like i was making much progress. Dhaman really helped me gain muscle mass, get stronger and improve my core strength with unique techniques and a great diet plan. The sessions were really fun and he was really easy to get along with. He kept me motivated which is something i struggle with. I learnt ALOT from him and would recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve their goals. Still keeping him as my PT!

I first started training with Dhaman in February 2016. At that time my self-confidence was low and my fitness was poor. We have consistently trained for over 2 years now and in that time I have lost weight and toned up significantly. His diet plan and diverse personal training sessions have meant that I’ve never got bored and am looking forward to my ongoing fitness journey. Dhaman is friendly and encouraging. He has consistently motivated me and pushed me to do my best. He has also adapted my training programme to fit with my ever-changing needs- in particular a specially designed programme for a 15km endurance and obstacle race I completed last year. Thanks to him there’s nothing that feels impossible. Would highly recommend this excellent trainer !!
