DNA Fitness was founded for one simple reason – to create and execute the most effective consultative health and fitness model in the personal training industry. DNA Fitness was formed by individuals who in the past would train people for free in their spare time, such was their fascination with improving the human body. The fulfillment we feel from helping someone achieve their goals, be they an elite athlete or a middle-aged housewife, is what drives us constantly forward. We believe that anyone can effect positive change if they put their mind to it, and we will move heaven and earth to ensure that each and every person who experiences with DNA leaves a happier, more confident, and healthier person. Personal trainer, Jay Gibbs is looking for five females aged 18-70 years of age, who are looking to seriously drop body fat and inches from their waist, hips, and thighs! So if you are : * Fed up of training and not getting the results you deserve * Tired of dieting over and over again, and never sustaining the fat you lose * Bored of your current exercise/training regime * New to exercise and training altogether and don't know where to start If one or more of these is you, carry on reading as I have a great opportunity for you to work with myself at DNA Fitness, on an all-inclusive personal training package. This premium package will ensure you combat body fat from stubborn areas by utilising a range of cardiovascular and resistance training methods, alongside a tried and tested DNA fitness fat loss nutrition plan. The free 12-week PT package will include the following: - two, three or four personal training (one-to-one) sessions per week - DNA Fitness fat loss nutrition plan - 100 DNA Fitness recipes (sent via email as PDF's) - Weekly body composition analysis/measurements (weight, body fat, circumstances) - Access to our DNA private FB coaching group - E-newsletter coaching (three-four emails a week to help you with your nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset) - One-hour initial consultation - 1 DNA Fitness camp group session per week alongside your personal training sessions - Chance to sign-up to a 6, 12, or 18-week package and the chance to extend this further. The worst experience ever, an absolute con! He was extremely impatient and aggressive which made my mother extremely uncomfortable. We asked him to leave after 15 minutes.
