I can't recommend Dimitris highly enough. He is by far the best PT I have ever worked with. I worked with him for almost one and a half year. The reason why we stopped working was unfortunately logistics. I always liked non-gym exercises like cycling, running and climbing, but I can honestly say that I had never hold a barbell in my life when we first started working together. On top of it, I was not one of those naturals. My range of motion was far from ideal and I had posture problems; it took 6-9 months for me to complete my first proper deadlift. Fast forward to today; thanks to Dimitris, I can comfortably exercise by myself including heavy squats and deadlifts. Actually, whenever I worked together with other people (or other PTs), they complemented my deadlifts. Dimitris is a very attentive personal trainer, he loves his job and truly cares. I was probably not an easy student and I had so many problems. He was patient with me, crafted bespoke programs and listened me whenever I had a question. He is also a cheerful and super positive person. I have worked with several PTs, however only Dimitris helped me to achieve all of my goals. I would comfortably recommend him.

I have only been working with Dim for a short time and I have already lost 1/3 of my goal weight. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable about injuries and how to maximize a workout without causing further damage. I have had trainers in the past but none were able to give me results like this while keeping me super motivated and having fun. 100% would recommend!!

What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
We will discuss your needs, expectations and goals, set a plan and agree price, time, frequency and diet. We'll do a free fitness consultation and personal training session to get to know each other. That's it, welcome abroad!

Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Keep an eye for reviews and examples of work (before and after), and make sure the professional is legit. Personal training is not cheap.
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?
How long will it take for your goal to be achieved, realistically ? What do I need to eat for my goal? How many times will I train per week?
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
Most recently, I’ve been working with my client Sunny, an amateur basketball player with degenerative disk problem, who has put on weight which made it impossible to play. What we did with Sunny is a lot of core strength training and fat burning circuits. With the proper nutrition and training plan, Sunny was able to go back to basketball and went down from 253 lb to 209 lb while maintaining his muscle!
