Why choose me as your Personal Trainer? I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer (REPs), Boxercise, OurParks Bootcamp Coach and a PowerWave Level 2 Coach. Both friendly and professional, with over twenty years experience in fitness. My specialities include High Interval Training (HIIT), Kettlebells, Running, Bootcamp, Resistance Training and Circuit workouts. I know how to draw out the best in my clients, helping them to develop strength and endurance, while working towards their personal goals. I have tremendous motivation to help my clients achieve their own fitness aims. Using that premise – I have what it takes to assist changing your exercise routine to get the results you really want. They can also see that I believe in what I teach and that I am walking testimony to hard work and healthy eating plans that will pay off over time. I am encouraging during sessions and focus on my clients’ strengths, helping to correct any imbalances, while keeping in mind their dignity and well-being. How do I get results with my clients? Nutrition will also play a key role. I will encourage them to assess their eating habits and choices. Gradually making small, achievable nutritional changes, along side a varied training program, is the sure-fire way forward, to get results.

I have been training for the last 12 years on a regular basis (running, kettlebells and HIIT classes mostly) but Danni is BY FAR the best one in my opinion because she prepares classes for all levels and would also challenge higher abilities to their fullest potential. All her classes are just brilliant as she can easily combined a range of exercises to make you work all parts of your body or either tackle some specific areas. I have discovered some muscles with her that I did not know even existed! My core strength has greatly improved and I am so pleased with the results. Her advice and expertise are so valuable that I can only HIGHLY recommend to everyone. Her motivation and enthusiasm are a drive force that pushes you to reach your goals.

I initially went to Danni's powerwave classes but after lockdown I signed up to 121 sessions. She has been great every workout is challenging and different, focusing on my goals. Danni is motivating and pushes me to achieve my best. I have noticed my body changing and my fitness levels increasing. I would whole heartedly recommend Danni as a trainer for anyone who is willing to put in the effort you will get results!

I would 100% recommend Danni to anyone who prefers to work out in the comfort of their own home . I have had Private face to face lessons at my home and am now currently doing online sessions which I will continue to do! both are amazing! Danni is really encouraging, friendly and professional, she really knows her stuff. I love every session and always feel amazing after. Danni always helps me to do my best in every session. I have seen a big change in my body over all. My whole body is really showing definition and tone as well as loosing 9lbs! Can't wait to see even more results!

I loved working with Danni. Her sessions were always varied so that I was never bored. She pushed me hard during each session so that I could reach my goals which I really appreciated. Most of all Danni gave me excellent explanations for each exercise I did and explain what muscle group I was hitting, how to maximise each rep and why it was important. This deeper explanation helped me achieve the body I wanted.

What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
I like to have a short consultation via the phone with my clients. Health Forms, PAR-Q, Informed Consent Forms must be read and signed prior to the first session. I will not take on pregnant clients or clients with high risk medical conditions. You must be in a healthy state of well-being, any minor and major health conditions must be disclosed confidentially prior to your first session.
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
Qualified Personal Trainer and a member or the Register of Exercise Professionals. First Aid Qualified.
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Make sure you read your trainers reviews, they must be insured and preferably a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?
What are your goals to getting fit? How many times a week would you like to train? Do you have any barriers to working towards your goals? i.e. time, motivation, equipment etc
