Danielle has been a Personal Trainer and Choreographer for over five years. Motivated by the belief in working from the inside out to develop bone density and core strength, her tailored approach to exercise runs through all aspects of her work. Specialising in Pre & Post Natal Care Danielle works with mums and mums-to-be to create safe, individual enjoyable programmes that embrace the journey from pregnancy to motherhood. She passionately believes that you have to understand the individual before designing a training programme that allows them to gain confidence and develop self-esteem as well as improving physical agility and fitness.

Danielle is an excellent personal trainer. I've worked with her since having a baby and she really understands how to build up gradually whilst still challenging you. She's always fun and you always leave a session feeling so much better. She always tailors her approach to your individual needs at every session. Highly recommended.

Loved training with Dani and still miss her! I went to Dani initially as I wanted someone specialising in Post-natal fitness. She really knew her stuff and was great at keeping the exercises safe and appropriate. The only reason I do not train with her still is because I left the country. She really helped me on my fitness journey and I am still training regularly because of her teaching me a new way to exercise!

I was recommended to get in touch with Danielle by a friend and I'm so glad that I did! Dani offers way more than just personal training - she has the ability to identify key areas of your body, muscle groups etc based on your posture and movement and then creates a tailor-made programme based on this analysis. In my case she was also able to incorporate functional training to boost performance in my chosen sport, which was a massive bonus. I've worked with a number of personal trainers over the years but I can safely say that Dani is in a league of her own.

I met Danielle at a fitness club where I used to go when I moved to London from Italy a few years ago. She was my PT during my super active and healthy pregnancy and also during the delicate post natal phase thanks to her bespoke fitness programmes. I changed fitness club, but Danielle is still my PT: try her method once and you'll never leave her!!
