It could be the radiant smile of a bride walking down the aisle, the grandeur of a majestic landscape, or the thrill of an athlete crossing the finish line: every image tells a story. I’m a freelance photographer devoted to creating artistic and unique images in a cinematic style. With over a decade of experience, I bring my eye for detail and passion for perfection to every assignment. As a versatile photographer, I enjoy capturing moments at family celebrations like weddings and anniversaries as well as corporate functions and award ceremonies. I believe in constantly expanding my skill sets and what I offer my clients so I welcome commissions involving portraiture and headshots, travel, and sporting events. I take pride in what I do and have had the privilege of producing work in 10 countries working on various types of assignments that have enabled me to stretch my skills. These include travel documentaries as well as a self-published book on medieval pilgrimages in Europe. As a curious and friendly explorer, I get on with people from different cultures and personalities and adapt to any situation. When working on a project, I want to offer my clients nothing but the best experience and will take time to acquaint myself with their ideas in order to create thoughtfully composed and distinctive pictures. I’m used to working at a fast pace and to tight deadlines and never have issues with finalising images on time. Though I am based in Scotland, and cover the region surrounding Edinburgh and the borders, I am happy to travel further for the right opportunity. My rates are reasonable and on projects and locations shoots that go beyond 2 days, I offer a discount of 25%.
