About Colette Bradley sports coaching

Hello my name is Colette Bradley.I have been working within sports coaching for around 4 years.I am passionate to help decrease the obesity rate in scotland by making physical activity fun.I have loved coaching since 2016 when I first got the chance to coach I was hooked and knew that's what I wanted to do.Having experience first hand to an experienced coach pushed my abilities in coaching further and I'm extremely grateful that I have the opportunity to work there.Spending time at college studying sports coaching further proved to me that I want to help as many people as possible in sport when they are struggling and be able to include everyone while doing it.I have had the opportunity to work for active schools for a period of time and this taught me how to cope with a bigger number of kids and mange to keep them all active at once with low injuries.
