Steve is top notch. He is a wonderful human, and so easy to talk to. He listens and then ask compelling questions that make you think about things that you are missing. He is a wealth of knowledge. I can say you get way more value then amount of cash you are paying with this knowledge and skill. But he is happy to over deliver on everything that he does. Great!!! My business was growing but I felt I was at a ceiling, because I had so much to do. With Steve's support and guidance I realised new options and possibilities. I am now in a strong position of growth, do less operational tasks but working on the core purpose and values of the business. Business is good during and after COVID 19, thanks to the work we put in before the pandemic struck. Steve is very calm and a good listener, strategically sowing seeds allowing me to have a few light bulb moments. His always positive and keeps you focused on point. A few times he had to change to being a life coach which he did seamlessly. In terms of value I feel it was money well spent. I am working much more effectively, recruited more staff, and have higher revenue and profits. Stop, think and be patient is what I needed to do but I had no idea why, Steve helped me see the light and encouraged me to go for it! The money I had invested, I have received back and them some.
