With everything happening in the world currently, a profound transformation is taking place. And we have an opportunity to become something greater. The impact on people's states of mind, emotions, sense of existence, and purpose have clearly been knocked off tilt. Disruptions to travel, work, and otherwise daily living has affected each and every one of us. Transformation is difficult, hard and painful but necessary if we want to evolve and free ourselves from the limiting burdens of stress, trauma, and suffering. This race has its ramifications that can surface as anxiety or depression, which have become so common among most people. If you are going through such difficulties, I can help you overcome them through my life coaching and spiritual counselling sessions. My own spiritual awakening happened just over a decade ago, after recovering from two decades worth of suffering mental health disorders. This recovery inspired me to study topics relating to spiritual enlightenment. These teachings helped me learn about Buddhism, where I now align myself with elements of both Zen and Secular Buddhism. I further studied Astrology, Laws of Attraction, Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Five Elements, Qi Gong, Chakra Alignment, mindfulness, Hatha and Kundalini yoga, and personal auras, vibrations, frequencies, and physics. Helping people is my true calling. I became a life coach for one reason - to pass on my wealth of knowledge and help people just like you! I offer a 45-minute initial Discovery Call to discuss the needs of the individual and identify key areas to focus on.
