Chris is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He transformed me physically but more importantly he transformed me mentally - completely changing my attitude and approach to training. Chris is results driven - he doesn’t watch the clock during sessions and goes beyond to vary programmes, diet plans and ensure you are motivated to keep exceeding your goals. If you are looking for a trainer that will push you and get the best out of you, whilst being practical and realistic about what can be achieved then I recommend Chris whole heartedly .

Chris conducts himself with professionalism balanced with an affable character for training. Well versed in traditional bodybuilding myself, I can say Chris is very knowledgeable and has a deep understanding and personal passion for bodybuilding, translating in consistent results for his clients and himself. It is rare to find a good PT with such an abundance of trainers in London, but Chris has my highest recommendation for anyone who is serious about progressing their physique.

But fitness is personal – some might want to shed excess weight, others want to gain a more muscular physique and there are individuals that are keen to focus on bodybuilding. Working with a personal trainer means you get customised workouts and attention to help you get closer to your goals. I’m Chris, and with more than a decade of experience, as a highly qualified personal trainer, I’ve helped scores of people get on the right track and elevate their fitness. My areas of expertise include fat loss, muscle toning, bodybuilding and strength gaining training. I use a personalised, welcoming and encouraging approach so you always put in your best effort at each session. I believe that training does not just lead to physical changes but also mental and emotional changes. Many of my clients have experienced better focus and sleep as well as overall positivity. So, I’m not so much a fitness trainer, but more as someone to help you change your life! My career in fitness started when I moved to the United Kingdom in 2009, having graduated from one of Italy’s best universities with a degree in science. I've had a lifelong interest in fitness and I've found that I get most out of helping others improve themselves and making them feel better about themselves and their health. If you're interested in the technical details, my current qualifications are: Level 3 Reps – Personal Trainer Certificate PICP Level 1 and 2 – Poliquin Group Education Precision Nutrition – Diploma in Nutrition Kettlebell Instructor Circuit Training Instructor High-Intensity Interval Training TR-X Instructor Armed with knowledge and working expertise of all the above, I will create a customised workout for you to get fitter and stronger. I work with all levels of ability and age is no bar. Over the years, my clients have included experienced gym-goers as well as complete novices, and their ages ranged from 20 to 70 years old. None of my clients is elite sportspeople, although many are great athletes. Before starting, I provide a detailed consultation so that I can understand your fitness goals and expectations; I want to get to know you and find out what specifically motivates you. This involves time evaluating your current physical fitness, understanding any health concerns. Based on this, I will then develop a practical and achievable routine and set up an effective programme just for you. I always provide a trial session on the gym floor to assess your fitness level, your strength, your flexibility and find possible imbalances and weak points. While I like to aim high, I’m also realistic and will advise you accordingly while also making modifications as you progress and become fitter. Once we agree on the type of training and frequency of the PT sessions, I will give you dietary advice to make sure you can reach your goals within a short time-frame. It is extremely important to correct your diet whether you want to get leaner, more muscular or stronger. The good news is that it isn't complicated; the bad news is that you have to follow it and stay consistent to get the desired results. Don’t despair – I provide plenty of motivation so you stay the course and make fitness a habit. I also offer optional supplementation advice for advanced athletes. My one-to-one packages include the following: Tailored dietary plan/food advice Weekly check-ins & amendments Supplementation advice Periodical body fat tests Picture comparisons I train clients in their own homes and public parks within zone 1, 2 and in two studio gyms. The studio gyms I train my clients are: Drakes Gym, Barbican - Old Street - Clerkenwell (EC1V 0LR) - Central London Angels studios - Clapham Common - 9 Bromell's Road (SW4 0BN) - South London PRICES (post lockdown discount) 1 session – £52 10 sessions – £500 20 sessions – £960 36 sessions – £1650 Gym training is charged 10 extra pounds per session to cover the facility rent I offer a free trial session so we can see if we are a good fit!
