The Helm Club + Helm Provisions are lockdown creations by two creatives - Jessica + Charlotte Rose They founded Helm Provisions to be able to distribute their edible creations in a beautiful utilitarian guise with sustainable packaging + thoughtful touches a plenty Jessica has worked as a chef, food scientist + product developer for near a decade running independent + group sites, most recently as Executive Chef for The London Board of Schools in conjunction with the charity Chefs in Schools. Jessica holds a degree in BSc Food Science + Nutrition as well as a diploma from the Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland. She now works as a food + prop stylist and floral designer Charlotte reigns from a global, decade long career in the film + photography industry, bolstering her passion in food for health with a Natural Chef diploma from The College of Naturopathic Medicine. Charlotte has since been working in London kitchens for an eclectic range of restaurants + now works as a freelance food photographer Jessica + Charlotte are available to shoot + style your content.
