We enjoy ongoing private yoga lessons in the comfort of our own home. It is both challenging and peaceful. Start to finish Lottie is warm, attentive and remains professional, yet light. Would definitely recommend!!!

We did a group yoga session with Lottie and it was brilliant! Not only did I learn a lot about yoga and the benefits that come with it, but I saw improvements in my flexibility straight away! Lottie was so professional throughout but equally made the session really comfortable and relaxing 😌 I can’t wait to have another yoga session and would reccomend anyone who is interested in taking up yoga to attend one of Lottie’s sessions - she knows her stuff and it is a great way to keep fit 😀

It was my first Ayurvedic massage and I was nervous. Charlotte immediately put me at my ease, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She has incredible techniques, totally surprised myself how flexible I could be given the right preparation. she kept me warm at all times and allowed me to relax completely - something I rarely do. Charlotte created a soothing atmosphere with transcendental sounds and comfortable lying down position soft blankets and cushions as and when necessary. She also used a mixture of oils and some magic powder that smelled amazing and lingered for hours afterwards that allowed me to stay in a floaty state until bedtime. I slept better and I have certainly felt the benefit from her work. It was a totally new experience but one I would highly recommend. I will be going to Charlotte Hanson again.
