About Charlotte Bilcliffe
Yoga is for everyone! It has changed my life in so many ways for the better and I believe it can do the same for you with just a little bit of guidance and support from myself! I am a London based yoga instructor registered with yoga alliance professionals and an ex-dancer who trained with Michael James Wong and Emily Clare Hill with Frame London in Vinyasa flow yoga. From beginners basics to hard core handstand hours. I love to design a class around your wants and needs. No class idea is wrong! Sometimes we just need an hour long savasana! Just for you, or perhaps a group of friends for some fitness fun. If you want to delve into the spiritual yoga ways and beliefs or work in your asana practice alone, everyone is welcome to a private personally designed yoga session!
