Charbel has been training with me for quiet some time. He has adapted to my needs as I am quiet unfit / older / have injuries and he caters to this. He is very patient with me and his communication skills have been excellent. I would definitely recommend him for new starters in the gym particularly if you're a little self conscious. He made me feel very comfortable and tailored my workouts to my needs. He is creative with equipment and exercises utilising whatever props are available and keeping the routine fresh and different each time.

Charbel asked me what my fitness goals were both short term and long term then proposed a workout plan and tailored it according to my fitness levels. Charbel is professional at all times and has a good work ethic. He is patient, an excellent motivator, encourages me when I may feel to give up and always communicates clearly to me what he expects of me. I enjoy my sessions. Although at times they are challenging I would rather push myself than settle with an easy workout. My sessions are fun and varied. I always leave energized and ready for the next. Charbel encourages me to give feedback where necessary to ensure I get the best from my workouts. Charbel boasts a wealth of knowledge in health and fitness and is always willing to answer any questions I may have or point me in the direction where I can obtain health and fitness related information.

I thoroughly enjoy working out with Charbel. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and motivating personal trainer. He pays attention to me as his client and respond according the mood, health or physical state that I might find myself. He is very professional and listen to me when I have a health issue. He is also very good at keeping the training interesting and engaging. He provide explanation as to why we do some exercises and what they are good for or work on. He keeps me inform on my progress and encourages me. He has provided circuit training, cardio training, strength and endurance training. Charbel has a holistic and flexible approach, which makes you feel at ease. He encourages and pushes you with positive attitude and attaining certain goals. I do feel much stronger and fitter since working with Charbel. My health, my fitness and my weight have improved.

Every session is different which keeps it fun and interesting and never repetitive. The quality of the session is also great, getting loads of work done in the hour and I always ache the next day! Charbel’s easy to get hold of, flexible with timings of sessions and also very knowledgable, meaning that i’ve learnt loads of things along the way!

Charbel has given me all the attention and have taught me everything I needed in order to achieve what I’m aiming for. He dedicates his entire time that I have sessions with him with me, also, even when I don’t have sessions and we coincidently see each other in the gym he helps me out. Charbel is very disciplined person and a well trainer as the professionalism of his training based on my experience it is marvellous, all his workouts, tips to maintain healthy, etc.

I am really enjoying my personal training sessions with Charbel. He has prepared a training plan suitable to my needs and has pushed me each session. He makes the sessions interesting and fun, which in turn makes it easy for my to come into the gym (as we all know it isn't easy to get ourselves in the gym). I continue to train with him as I am seeing good results with my body and stamina.
