My approach is customised and I go above and beyond to understand clients – their challenges and concerns. With over seven years of personal training experience, including over 15 years of self-training, I have the skills and abilities to create a bespoke training programme that simplifies weight loss and helping you get closer to your fitness goals. Not everything may seem easy but with me by your side, encouraging you to go the distance and give that little bit extra at each session, you will achieve the impossible. I’ve helped hundreds of women not only get fit, but to also incorporate long-term changes towards better health and fitness. Watching my clients progress and become leaner and stronger remains something that I am very proud of. I am very patient, never give up on my clients and help them cultivate body confidence. I started training with Laercio on 5th Oct 2015, with a clear goal to lose weight. Having attempted the task in the past, my expectations were realistic but this time the results definitely exceeded my wildest dreams: by 5th Dec 2015 I lost 12kg. I wouldn't have been able to achieve such a result on my own. Laercio's training plan, combined with his detailed nutrition advice gave me the motivation and the tools necessary to achieve my goal. Even though my training sessions were in the morning (7am start!), Laercio was always there on time. Encouraging and full of positive thinking, he managed to lift up spirits whenever another second of a plank seemed impossible! Laercio would usually mix elements of cardio, resistance and weight training which kept things interesting and didn't feel like a boring chore - quite the contrary, I was always curious to see what's next and to see how my body progresses. Regular body weight and stats checks kept the project on track. The amount of knowledge and interesting nutritious facts I've found out from Laercio are priceless. I started training with Laercio after returning from a year travelling. I had put on 15kg, lost fitness and was not feeling happy with the way that it made me feels or look. I started working with Laercio for half an hour per week but then quickly increased it to an hour per week as I began to build my confidence and strength. I only stopped training with Laercio as I moved abroad. I would recommend his training to anyone looking to achieve weight loss, fitness or strength goals. I’ve always had issues with keeping a stable weight and would go from being slim to overweight. I would stop eating every time I was going through tough times and indulge when I was happy. When I turned 30, I decided I should stop this bad cycle. I started dieting, signed up at the gym and was spending most of my time on cardio machines thinking that would allow me to drop the pounds. After 6 months of working out 2/3 times a week and not seeing any results, and feeling less and less confident in my skin, I started to train with Laercio. OMG! What a change!!! He started by reviewed my calorie intakes, changed my diet completely and planned a workout routine for when I was coming to the gym outside of our sessions.I’ve been training with him for just over a year twice a week on and off I’ve lost 9 kilos so far.My whole body has changed completely I’m toner and everybody is seeing I’m a much healthier and happier person for it. He’s a dedicated and very friendly trainer, always changing my work outs so it’s never boring. He’s always pushing me to do better and believes in me when I don’t believe in myself. He’s a really good trainer but above all a good guy who loves what he does and will help you achieve your goals, if you are as dedicated as he is to get fit. I have been training with Laercio twice a week for a little over four months now. I approached him to help be improve my overall fitness and grow some muscle. Results have been fruitful as I am now able to lift about twice the weight from when I started. Furthermore, I am starting to see muscle growth in my arms, legs and abdomen. I would never have achieved these kinds of results alone, and I am glad Laercio is showing me all the do’s and don’ts when working out. Laercio is a great coach who is not afraid to push me to my limits. He’s always smiling, and we always have nice friendly conversations in between reps. His sessions are very varied in terms of exercises, but on each day, we tend to focus on either legs, upper body or core. As Laercio has taught me to use weights properly, we use the frequently to strengthen my muscles, but he also showed me plenty of exercises that use my bodyweight, so that I can also workout at home. Every so often we also do boxing, alongside various cardio to keep my stamina and core fitness up. These days are always good fun! Overall, I am really enjoying my training with Laercio, and I am amazed at the progress I have done thanks to him!
I have been training with Laercio for 18 months. My goals were to improve fitness and tone. I can safely say that I can now run for the bus without breaking a sweat, and my strength and overall tone have improved immensely. I now have a lot more confidence and the gym and have learned to use more of it. I'm now getting much more out of the gym without spending as much time there as I used to. Sessions are a lot of fun and I hardly notice that I'm being pushed harder each time. I'd definitely recommend working with him!

My story begins one and half year ago when I started to train with Laercio once/twice per week. Having a normal, average body weight with low fitness level I have been more than comfortable with my outer appearance. At the beginning I have not had any particular goal apart from getting fit, release stress and feel active in everyday life. Since then I experienced the greatest physical and mental transformation I ever had by joining his training sessions. Thanks for his professional approach and great personality I have become much more self-conscious about my body, eating habits and my mental health. Due to our regular training sessions using a whole range of interesting and varied training methods (circuit, cross, interval and weight) I gained incredible body strength, neat hourglass shape and last but not least: the huge satisfaction of self-esteem!
