About Karline Porter
Our clients come from all around the world. We are deferential because our method focuses on body fat loss only. We use anthropometry and a very sophisticated body scan machine to analyse body composition. The meal plan is tailored to each individual's body. We discuss food preferences and we take into consideration people's ability to cook and prepare their foods. We think that motivation and counselling are essential so we work towards keeping our clients motivated to achieve their goal. Karline graduated in BSc (Hons) Nutrition at St Mary's University in the UK. In 2015, she started working as a nutritionist coaching people to lose weight and to have a healthier lifestyle at Britzke Nutrition in Harley Street, London. She works together with five other nutritionists and dietitians and their assistant Rejane, who supports the clients and looks after the practice's diary.

(This review was from the pro's social media page by Bidvine) From Ana Rocha added 8 December Part of the reason why we are in London just now is to do with the follow up with Karline Porter and the food programme which was prescribed to me 2 MONTHS ago. The food programme was based on several points: the amount of exercise I do every day ( average of 2 hours and a bit), the intolerance food test; the DNA fit test and the inbody evaluation. The food intolerance together with the DNA fit had shown I am prone to water retention hence the bloat áreas of the image where I was wearing the black TOP. The DNA fit also had shown that a low carb diet would benefit lowering the LDL, visceral fat and getting rid of the bloat. I am amazed by the results. The change of eating habits is for life as well as the fitness. I no longer feel tired, no longer have issues with digestion, I drink 4 litres of water every day, I have no migraines, and no longer constipated. The diet consists of a high percentage of protein 40%, low salt and low sugar, no carbs, high amount of fibre and good fat. All All with food that agrees with my physiology and makes the exercise programme even more productive. I have been on the healthy path now for two years and the change of diet proved to be the ice on the cake. The changes are for life, I feel healthy and will continue to sustain this new healthy lifestyle. Dr. Karline is an expert and superb Nutritionist who works together with you to achieve an attainable and sustainable goal. We are what we eat so it makes sense if the priority is health to seek a diet that matches the specificities of the body respecting the food that agrees with it and your genetics predisposal. As a photographer, those images would never be what I would have chosen but that is really not the point; I want to share here what science has been showing; by adopting a healthy diet together with a proper exercise regime life does change. I want to age with the best health possible and enjoy life with the best health possible. cause I do have big plans for me. Contentment is key and I deserve the best but nothing comes for free, we need to work for It! So seek professionals who can help you to achieve a better lifestyle, your health must come First!
